Chartered Financial Planner

Job description

My client is a highly regarded Chartered IFA Wealth Management Practice and they are currently looking for an experienced Advisor to join their team in Wigan to support the business growth.

THE ROLE

  • Provide a fully independent holistic financial planning service to the practices HNW clients with a biased towards pensions and investments
  • Developing a client bank of your own and maximising opportunities within your client bank ensuring profitable relationships are built
  • Developing professional connections within a defined area
  • Ensuring your technical knowledge is kept up to date and that CPD records are filed monthly for compliance purposes
  • Developing a robust review process for your clients and ensuring that service is delivered in line with the agreed fee / retainer / service level
  • Ensuring that internal systems are used effectively and accurately and that client detail is recorded and kept up to date
  • Office based role however client meetings are held either at the office or at the client home address if preferred
  • Full paraplanning support is provided ensuring that time in front of clients is maximised


THE CANDIDATE

  • Ideally Chartered or at least progressing towards this qualification
  • Suitable candidates for this role will have a very successful track record over a period of time with business levels from fee and commission being of a high level over a number of years
  • A live client bank will be available to support an advisor however a transferable client bank incorporating recurring income and investable assets is ideally required
