Are you an experienced Claims Manager whose core values include going above and beyond for your clients?!

We have a new role in Birmingham for a Claims Manager to join a highly respected Broker who has handled a mix of Commercial Claims and has the ability to be client facing in the event of a claim.

The role;

You will be responsible for managing a claims team and ensuring that the level of service provided is second to none.
Lead by example and monitor and drive performance through carrying out regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Have the ability to identify individual training requirements and building the skills and knowledge of team members.
The role will involve you handling claims in an efficient and timely manner and attend losses when required.
You will produce claims reports and handle all complex commercial claims including Property, Casualty and Financial Lines.
Develop and manage strong relationships with external parties, such as Insurers, Solicitors, Loss Adjusters.

What we need from you;

Previous claims management experience is essential....candidates from a broker, insurer and adjuster background will be considered.
Good time management and excellent communication skills are a must!
You will have knowledge & understanding of a claims management function including its processes and procedures.
You will have the ability to liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
