Client Executive - Private Clients

The is a fantastic opportunity to join the Private Clients team of a large international Broker as a Client Executive. The focus of the role is on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio in addition to identifying and winning new business. This is the perfect role for an individual with a client facing sales background with ambitions to join and flourish at a market leading insurance Broker.

As a Client Executive, you will be required to

  • Deliver sales and growth with a focus on HNW Private Clients
  • Demonstrate excellent client retention skills
  • Cover a large region utilising your diary management skills to ensure you maximise your client reach
  • Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
  • Perform to a high level across all areas of client management including client service, quality and assurance, growth and colleague engagement

What they need from you:

  • A strong Private Client sales background and the ability to manage and retain an existing portfolio of HNW insurance clients
  • A passion for elite client service
  • Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential HNW clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
  • Passionate about client service and growth
  • Insurance qualifications (or working towards qualification) i.e. CII, Dip CII, ACII
  • Resilient with previous client facing sales experience
  • Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
  • Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
  • The ability to demonstrate doing the right thing for your clients and colleagues
