Client Service Director - Construction

Are you a client focused Account Director experienced in servicing major construction clients and an expert in your field?

We are currently supporting a key market player in their search for a Client Service Director to oversee the management of their largest key construction clients.

You will have strong technical ability and confidence in demonstrating your knowledge with both clients and insurers, working with Account Executives and handlers in building and nurturing these key relationships.

You will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of a broad range of Construction products and relevant contract terms.
  • For some clients you will be supporting the Managing Director of Construction which will then transfer over time to full client responsibility.
  • Work on new business opportunities including supporting others in the business.
  • Draw on existing network and other methods to generate new opportunities.
  • Retain existing clients and grow revenue to specified targets.
  • Open dialogue with potential new clients and discuss construction products with knowledge and credibility.
  • Understand and practice fee negotiation process.
  • This role is pivotal in supporting the businesses income and growth plans for the allocated client portfolio.
