An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Client Service Manager / Account Handler to join a leading global insurance brokerage based in Leeds. You'll be working with a portfolio of large, complex commercial clients-supporting the delivery of high-quality service and risk management solutions.
The Role
- Take ownership of a portfolio of key commercial clients, many with complex or international risk exposures.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day servicing, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy queries.
- Collaborate closely with Client Directors and Broking teams to deliver tailored insurance and risk solutions.
- Build and maintain strong insurer relationships to achieve competitive terms and optimal cover.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal quality standards.
About You
- Strong experience in commercial insurance account handling or client servicing-ideally with exposure to large or complex risks.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise multiple client demands.
- Cert CII (or working towards) preferred.
- Confident using modern broking and CRM systems.
