Clinical Negligence Associate

Top Tier L500 firm with several successful offices based across the South East within easy commute of London seeks to appoint an Associate to join their highly rated PI and Clinical Negligence team.

The firm is now looking for a solicitor with at least 2 years+ PQE in claimant clinical negligence or PI work. You will handle a busy caseload of multi-track clinical negligence claims on behalf of injured Claimants. The role will also include working alongside senior colleagues on larger and more complex cases.

With expertise in handling complex casework arising from brain injury, cancer, psychiatric injury, obstetric and gynaecology related issues, the team has recently secured multi-million pound settlements in birth injury claims, representing clients at inquests followed by successful claims on behalf of the estate and dependants and representing brain injured children in pedestrian road traffic claims.

The firm is looking for a solicitor who has an established practice in multi-track claimant injury or medical negligence work. You are likely to have at least 2 years PQE in a similar role although applications are welcomed from those lawyers with more or less experience provided you can demonstrate a record of working on multi-track or large loss matters.
