An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a driven and compassionate solicitor to join a highly regarded and expanding Clinical Negligence team based in Glasgow, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
We are looking for a solicitor who is passionate about achieving justice for clients and who may be already working in the clinical negligence space or currently working in the Personal Injury (pursuer) arena and looking to transition into the dynamic and meaningful world of clinical negligence.
The Role
- Handling a varied and rewarding caseload of clinical negligence matters
- Working closely with experienced colleagues on complex, high-value claims
- Investigating cases, gathering medical evidence, and engaging with clients sensitively and professionally
- Playing a key role in a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment
What We're Looking For
- A qualified solicitor (ideally 2+ years PQE) with experience in personal injury or clinical negligence
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in the clinical negligence field
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt
