Independent insurance broking is becoming a rarer thing these days with the level of consolidation out there.

Maybe you are a little disillusioned with the corporate sector or even have felt a loss of control as your employer sells out to a consolidator.

A move to an independent brokerage will get you back into a proper broking environment where the client is the priority, not the bottom line.

Here you'll be joining one of Cumbria's leading insurance brokerages who manage commercial and agricultural risks across the region.

You'll be joining the Executive team who manage a superb client portfolio which includes everything from small, local employers right up to corporate level firms.

Here you'll be picking up an existing book of clients which you'll be handed via thorough introductions from the existing Executive.

And your new business will come from a mix of referrals, introductions and from a strong regional corporate partnership.

Benefitting from a brilliant bonus scheme where you'll earn up to 30% on all your new business commission, you'll have a clear platform here to significantly earn year on year.

And all your support comes from a local, established team which you and your clients can rely on.

Salary up to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
