This is a genuine Account Executive opportunity with an existing book to take over.
A respected independent commercial broker in East Scotland is looking to appoint an experienced Account Executive as part of a planned and sensible succession.
You'll assume responsibility for an established portfolio of circa 25 commercial clients, mainly based in Fife. Individual premiums range from £5k to £30k, with a total book value around £100k. These are long-standing relationships, not distressed accounts.
The role suits someone who wants client ownership, stability, and the opportunity to grow a book organically over time. New business is encouraged but sensibly supported - not pressured.

Ideally you'll be Fife or East Coast based to allow for client visits, though working patterns are flexible.
Salary: up to £60,000
Bonus: discretionary
