This Cumbria based brokerage has a knack for developing and promoting their people.

In fact, several of their leadership team have worked their way through the ranks here and taken advantage of a culture where hard work and perseverance is rewarded.

So, for you, you'll be joining as part of their rapidly expanding commercial team which is on track to double in size over the next 3 years.
This will be ideal if you are a Handler or Executive who wants to work towards a leadership role yourself.

Working as a right hand to the Commercial Director, you'll manage the existing commercial clientele which consists of SME and some larger mid-market clientele spread right across the North of England and South of Scotland.

On the back of a major affinity partnership, the commercial book will grow significantly so you'll be building up your skills in converting new business from this source plus working strategically with the Commercial Director for new business development across the wider market.

The goal here is for you to develop into a Head of Commercial role where you'll have oversight of the commercial team involving key client management, people management and strategic work.

And you'll be doing all this whilst being fully supported towards your professional exams and receiving brilliant mentoring from the leadership team.

So, if you are in the commercial insurance space in Cumbria and fancy yourself as a bit of a future leader in the regional insurance market then this will be perfect.

Salary to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
