Some Account Handler jobs are just… admin. Push the papers, process the renewals, keep the wheels turning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handling mid-market commercial accounts across Property, Liability, Fleet, and specialist sectors

  • Prepping and processing renewals, MTAs, and new business documentation

  • Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries and keep programmes running smoothly

  • Working with insurers to negotiate terms and cover that work in the real world, not just on paper

  • Spotting opportunities to add value - whether that's cross-sell, upsell, or better cover options

What You'll Need

  • Experience in commercial insurance broking (mid-market or larger)

  • Confident dealing directly with clients and insurers

  • A knack for staying organised while keeping multiple plates spinning

  • Team player mentality - because the Account Execs here work closely with their Handlers, not in silos
