This prominent Edinburgh based insurance broking business have a bit of a reputation for their employee development.

One of the broking team has moved into an executive role so its opened up your opportunity to work with arguable by the top broking team in the region.


You'll be operating here in a blended role with two days per week in the office where you'll spend your time collaborating, problem solving and working closely with your fellow handlers and the executive team.


The other three days will see you based at home, working on your own renewal caseload with further remit for handling new business and mid term work.


It's a commercial role and the team handle some great clients which include everything from technology and life sciences through to distilleries, social housing and financial institutions.


The firm have treated their staff brilliantly throughout the full pandemic and listened closely to the needs of their staff for flexible working, social and team interactions and ongoing training.
