You will be working for a specialist insurance broker for high-growth companies - partnering with these innovative, ambitious businesses on their scale-up journey. That's basically the most exciting and cool companies in the UK, this job means you get to work directly with the entrepreneurs behind them. Beats broking motor trade or scaffolding risks all day…

Ideally, experience in commercial insurance broking, any experience broking Directors & Officers, Professional Indemnity, Cyber Liability an advantage but not essential.

You will be working with the most exciting, innovative and best funded startups and scale-ups in the UK. You'll be focused on sectors such as fintech, B2B SaaS, consumer, sustainability, health & life science etc.

We are actively recruiting for technical broking talent now - whether senior brokers, junior brokers or account handlers who will support the broking team.

There is a massive opportunity here as the problem with traditional insurance is just that - they are not designed to serve the needs of high-growth, next-generation businesses. It often holds these companies back and can leave them exposed without the right products and advice.

Using a combination of cutting edge technology, a high-touch service model and our deep underwriting expertise they have designed a better way of identifying, managing and serving this vital set of customers.

You will receive enquiries from the business development team, where it is expected to take clients initial prospect stage, through to policy being placed and provide high service through the policy period and during renewal.

Completing the key task of fact finding to identify clients requirements and exposures. Obtain quotations, using quotation systems, rating guides or by referring to insurers.

When the solution is accepted, incept cover, issue confirmation of cover and any other required documentation. Ensure that system records are created and that the required documentation is issued to clients and insurers. Continue to provide high quality service to existing clients during a policy period.

Salary will be dependent upon experience and you will get shares / 30+ days holiday / 10 days volunteering / super flexible working / wellness allowance etc.
