Commercial Litigation Solicitor (0-3 PQE)

We're working with a leading legal 500 firm in Birmingham that is looking to recruit a confident and hands-on Commercial Litigation Solicitor (0-3PQE)

The work:


This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded disputes team that handles a broad range of High Court litigation, including:

  • Contract and shareholder disputes
  • Corporate and insolvency litigation
  • Professional negligence
  • Insurance-related claims
  • Public procurement challenges


You'll be involved in both running your own matters and supporting on substantial, multi-week trials - with real responsibility from day one. The team is currently working on several high-value trials scheduled over the next 12 months, offering exposure to complex and high-stakes litigation.

The ideal candidate:


We're looking for someone who brings a strong grounding in commercial litigation, ideally with direct experience of managing matters in the High Court. You will be:

  • Confident handling your own caseload, with an ability to work independently and proactively
  • Skilled at supporting senior colleagues on more complex or high-value cases
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, counsel and opponents
  • Focused, detail-oriented and commercially aware


This role would suit someone who is keen to build a long-term career in litigation and wants to be part of a team that genuinely invests in its people.
