Our client is a top tier national firm who seek to recruit a Solicitor to join their Commercial Contracts team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with 3-8PQE.
Role:
You will be handling commercial contracts, high value supply and purchasing arrangements, agency and distribution arrangements, outsourcing agreements, strategic projects, IT agreements, intellectual property licensing arrangements and data protection
This national practice is comprised of 24 Partners and 70+ Lawyers. The team works with a range of FTSE100 and FTSE 250 businesses as well as a number of other 'household name' clients
Candidate:
3-8 years PQE
Commercial and/or IP and IT experience gained in Private Practice
Salary:
£62,000 - 78,000
