What you'll be doing
Shaping and delivering a P&C proposition that's built on market reality, not corporate PowerPoint.
Building strong broker relationships - the kind where people take your calls because you add value, not because you chase them.
Spotting underserved segments and creating propositions that help you win market share.
Underwriting new and renewal business in line with the strategy - accurately, efficiently, and without a ton of red tape.
Keeping documentation tight and terms accurate.
What they're looking for
A solid track record writing mid-market P&C risks (£10k+ GWP).
Strong negotiation and influencing skills - people who can win trust and handle pushback.
Analytical, curious, and creative thinkers who don't just tick boxes.
Someone confident enough to challenge, flexible enough to adapt, and resilient enough to thrive in a fast-moving setup.
