Shape Your Commodities Law Practice:
Advise leading international clients - producers, traders, financiers, and end-users - on the full spectrum of commodities transactions
Draft, negotiate, and structure complex sale and purchase agreements, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and transportation contracts
Provide strategic counsel on risk management, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in the ever-evolving commodities landscape
Represent clients in high-stakes disputes arising from breach of contract, non-performance, and other commodities-related issues, including international arbitration
Thrive in the London Hub:
To excel, you'll possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in commodities law, with a strong understanding of key commodities (energy, metals, softs, etc.)
A proven track record of success in handling complex transactions and disputes is essential
You'll be a master negotiator with exceptional communication and advocacy skills, adept at navigating cross-cultural environments
Deep commercial awareness, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage pressure are crucial
Fluency in a second language, particularly Mandarin or Spanish, is a strong asset
