Idex Consulting are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to join one of the leading Wealth Planner consolidators with a number of practices based in Scotland.

This is a great opportunity to develop the role and have full autonomy over the compliance of these separate businesses.

You will be responsible for the full compliance function of a small number of Financial Adviser Firms.

Advising each firm on compliance and business standards

Responsible for all procedures and regulatory obligations

Involved in file checks and training

Maintaining firm's records

Liaising with the FCA

Performing the role of money laundering officer

The ideal candidate would have 5 years experience of compliance management within the IFA sector, preferably holding a SMF 16 & 17 and minimum diploma qualified
