This city-led international law firm seek to recruit a Senior Solicitor to join their Construction and Projects team in Birmingham.

Firm/ Team:
Their specialist construction lawyers in Birmingham provide top quality advice to an enviable client base, across the full range of contentions and non-contentious matters. Their clients are developers, contractors, Registered Providers and public sector bodies. They work closely with colleagues in other UK offices in order to ensure that they meet the needs of their clients, and the size of their national construction team stands comparison with any other UK law firm and enables them to advise on a range of major projects nationwide. That said, they remain fiercely committed to the region, and are justifiably proud of the work that they do on some of the most exciting and high-profile projects in the Midlands.

Role:

  • You can expect to be involved in non-contentious construction work which may include risk management advice on construction contracts and you may work with procurement colleagues on procuring construction projects
  • Advising clients including regional and national contractors and developers, local and central government departments, registered providers operating in the commercial / private and public sectors

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years' experience in construction

Salary/ Benefits:

  • £70,000+
  • Agile working (3 days from home)
  • Competitive bonus scheme
