Our client, a top-tier international law firm with an award-winning Projects & Infrastructure practice, is seeking an exceptional Associate (3-6 PQE) to join its high-performing London team.


This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most complex, high-value, and strategically significant projects in the UK and globally, collaborating with industry leaders across energy, infrastructure, transport, and major real estate development.


The Work You'll Be Doing
You'll advise on a broad mix of front-end projects and construction matters, including:

  • Drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC and bespoke forms)
  • Advising on major infrastructure, energy transition and renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, hydrogen and battery storage
  • Supporting large-scale transport, defence, social infrastructure, and real estate development projects
  • Working closely with sponsors, contractors, lenders, government bodies, and international investors
  • Providing strategic advice on procurement, risk allocation, project delivery structures, and complex contractual frameworks
  • Involvement in cross-border mandates alongside multi-disciplinary teams

Who We're Looking For

  • 3-6 PQE qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in projects, construction, or infrastructure, ideally with exposure to front-end work
  • Confident drafting and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset, strong client-handling ability, and a passion for complex project work
  • Ambition to contribute to a dynamic, growing practice with a truly global footprint
