Construction Associate 5 PQE+

Job description

A Top 50 firm and one of the UK's largest Construction teams is looking for an Associate to join their award-winning team with experience in Non-contentious matters.

The team advise and act for some of the country's leading property developers and funders across the full spectrum of construction matters, including standard and bespoke contracts, funding and procurement strategies. Working alongside projects, real estate, finance and corporate lawyers, you will help to enable complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects to come to fruition throughout the UK and internationally.

Some examples of some recent work within the team include -

  • Advising Birmingham City Council (as Host City): capital projects to deliver the Commonwealth Games 2022

  • Advising AEG Presents on the development of a 4,400 capacity music venue at the New Olympia

  • Advising on a £500m residential-led development in London

  • Procurement of over 4,000 homes in developments across London


The ideal candidate would have 5+ years PQE experience in Non-contentious construction matters, ideally within the built environment sector.

As well as the interesting and varied caseload, the firm can also offer top rates of pay, hybrid working that only see's you visit the office twice a week, billable targets that offer WLB and a bonus scheme that pays up to 25% of your annual salary.
