Are you a Construction Underwriter who is ready for the next step to a Senior Underwriter or a Senior Underwriter looking for a new challenge?

The Role

You will use your technical ability to select appropriate risks and rate them effectively whilst retaining the ability to hold quality (not always easy) conversations with brokers. Additionally, depending on experience, you will provide a referral point for colleagues whilst contributing to team training, audits, coaching and developing colleagues on technical and development matters.

Package

There is a basic salary available of up to £60k as well as a solid package and genuine career prospects.

The Successful Applicant

You will be an experienced Construction Underwriter who can demonstrate a strong technical knowledge as well as interpersonal and communication skills when trading with Brokers.
