Are you looking to embed yourself in a busy, thriving residential conveyancing team? Here's your chance to support talented property lawyers in a role where every day brings variety, growth, and plenty of opportunity to sharpen your skills.
With an ever-growing client base and a buzzing pipeline of instructions, this role is perfect for someone eager to develop their conveyancing expertise within a friendly, forward-thinking firm that truly values its people.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting fee earners across all residential conveyancing matters: sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and everything in between
- Handling key admin tasks-think preparing legal docs, chasing searches, and keeping the wheels turning between clients, agents, and solicitors
- Getting involved with shared ownership, new build projects, remortgages, and equity cases when needed
- Keeping case files up to date and making sure documentation meets all legal and firm standards
- Providing top-notch client service with clear, professional communication
- Being a team player who's organised, proactive, and ready to pitch in where it counts
Who You Are:
- Ideally you've clocked up at least a year in a conveyancing assistant, legal secretary, or similar role
- You know the ins and outs of residential conveyancing and legal admin like the back of your hand
- Your communication skills are spot on, both written and verbal, and you're always client-focused
- You're a master organiser who thrives juggling multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
- Detail is your middle name-accuracy and confidentiality are non-negotiable
- You're comfortable with tech-case management systems and Microsoft Office are in your toolkit
What's In It For You?
- Competitive salary between £24,000 and £28,000, plus a bonus scheme that rewards your hard work
- Hybrid working model, blending office time with flexible home working initially tailored to your experience
- A range of extra perks to keep you motivated
- A structured learning path, ongoing development, and clear steps to progress your conveyancing career
- A supportive team culture where your growth matters, housed in a modern and ambitious firm
