What you'll be doing:
- Negotiating and placing a broad range of commercial risks.
- Working closely with account executives and underwriters to deliver the best outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining strong market relationships.
- Staying ahead of market trends and using that insight to advise clients.
- Ensuring everything you do is accurate, compliant, and client-focused.
What you'll need:
- Solid commercial broking experience.
- Excellent market relationships and negotiation skills.
- A genuine focus on client service and long-term relationships.
- The ability to work under pressure and still deliver high-quality results.
- Ideally working towards ACII (or already achieved it).
