A leading US heavyweight law firm are searching for a qualified, 2-4 PQE Corporate Associate/Solicitor to join their private equity practice in London.

The firm specialises in premium private equity transactions and regularly compete with rival US and Magic Circle firms for the very best corporate work in the London market.

The team advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies at all stages of the downstream investment cycle, including management incentive plans, financings and refinancings, bolt-on investments, management change, recaps, corporate restructurings and exits.

You will join the Private Equity team, focusing your time on working with portfolio companies owned by Private Equity sponsors primarily in the UK, US and Europe.
