An elite law firm is seeking a talented Private Equity associate to join its Austin or Dallas office.
The transactions are complex and serve fortune 500 clients, ideal for an attorney looking to challenge themselves and gain increased exposure to high end clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience advising on complex private equity and leveraged buyout M&A transactions, as well as general corporate matters.
What we're looking for:
- 2-5 years' experience in corporate or transactional law
- Background in private equity, M&A, or general corporate advisory
- Experience at a top AmLaw 200 firm or boutique
- Stand out academic credentials from a top-tier law school
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
