Their clients include investors (including VC and PE firms and private individuals), established entrepreneurs, global high net worth individuals and their businesses, international family offices and trust companies as well as professional partnerships, management teams and individual executives.

The firm have particular focus on the private wealth and financial services sectors as well as property, education and media. A significant volume of their corporate work includes an offshore element and they deal regularly with assets in the Middle East and the US as well as the major offshore jurisdictions, such as the British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Jersey and Guernsey.

The Corporate Team is looking for a junior Associate who will work with other Associates and Partners from across the team. You will contribute to the continued success of the team which has seen very significant growth in recent years.

You will have the opportunity for direct client contact and transaction experience from early on. You will be expected to assist senior associates and partners on transactions and to have responsibility for elements of various deals including investments, M&A and JV work. There will be work from across the Corporate Team that covers private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advice, partnerships, advisory and restructuring work.
