You will be involved with M&A, private equity, joint ventures and general corporate work with a cross-border, international element to many of their transactions.

They represent leading clients across the Tech, Financial Services, Energy and Health-care sectors.

They operate a hybrid/flexible working model, market leading remuneration and genuine opportunity to progress through the firm.

They are looking for a candidate that is qualified in one of the following jurisdictions:
