Leading US law firm are looking to hire a professional support lawyer to provide technical support to their UK corporate practice in London.

The firm specialises in premium private equity transactions and regularly compete with rival US and Magic Circle firms for the very best corporate work in the London market.

You will support the London Knowledge Strategy Lead with the maintenance of all essential Practice Group know-how resources for the UK Corporate Practice Group in the London office in all areas of corporate law.

The role combines the full spectrum of PSL responsibilities and requires familiarity with legal technology and innovation tools.

You will be a mid to senior qualified lawyer with solid experience in all aspects of the practice's work and be able to build a strong profile within the group both in terms of legal acumen and commercial application.

Experience Required:

• Excellent academics and a minimum PQE of three years
• Recent broad experience as a corporate lawyer or PSL in a US or City top tier law firm
• PSL experience is preferred but not essential but the candidate must be able to demonstrate an interest in professional support, knowledge sharing and technology
