This growing international law firm in Cheltenham is seeking to enhance its corporate offering through the appointment of an additional mid-level Corporate Associate.

The corporate team is very well known for working on City-quality transaction, but from the regional office. They offer advice to clients from start-up companies backed by investors, entrepreneurs and venture capital, and large multi-national companies - these are both domestically and overseas. The team is Legal 500 ranked for Corporate.

The successful candidate will be:

• Ideally over 2 years PQE, although applications will be accepted from candidates with the relevant experience
• Experienced in corporate matters, including M&A
• Able to work with clients and develop relationships
