Often the home of corporate lawyers wanting high quality corporate work but outside of the City, this team offers you the chance to work with clients from start ups to leading household names, domestically and across the globe - with deal values into the hundreds of millions.

The successful candidate will be:

• Ideally over 2 years PQE, although applications will be considered from all corporate lawyers with the right experience
• Experienced in a broad range of corporate law
• E&W qualified or have E&W experience
• Keen to develop their career with a leading team in the South East
