Top 50 National practice is seeking to grow its employment team in Birmingham with the appointment of a Senior Employment Solicitor at either Legal Director or Partner level (dependent on client following). This opportunity is also available to a small team looking for a move.

This opportunity will be for a senior Employment Solicitor, ideally with experience gained at a competing national or regional practice and looking to take a step up to a larger national offering and/or Partnership; or for a senior candidate at an international firm where partnership isn't in sight in the short to medium term.

You will have the backing of a large employment practice nationally, and the investment from the firm to develop your practice in the busy Birmingham office.

On offer is the chance to move into a salaried partner position immediately, or as a Legal Director for this practice with a view to being promoted to partner in 12 months. This is in addition to a competitive benefits package.
