The team offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex and high-profile employment matters for both employers and employees.
What you'll do:
Advise clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE regulations
Draft and negotiate contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and restrictive covenants
Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other dispute resolution forums
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance with a strong focus on achieving successful outcomes for our clients
What we're looking for:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years' experience in employment law
A strong track record of success in handling complex employment matters
Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
A passion for employment law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
