Are you a talented and ambitious Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career?

Our client is a dynamic and well-regarded international law firm in London, and is seeking a highly motivated Employment Solicitor to join their thriving team. The team offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex and high-profile employment matters for both employers and employees.

What you'll do:

  • Advise clients on the full spectrum of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and TUPE regulations

  • Draft and negotiate contracts of employment, settlement agreements, and restrictive covenants

  • Represent clients in Employment Tribunals and other dispute resolution forums

  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance with a strong focus on achieving successful outcomes for our clients

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3-6 years' experience in employment law

  • A strong track record of success in handling complex employment matters

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • A passion for employment law and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
