Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in your legal career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Employment Solicitor, Senior Associate level to join a leading national legal practice, working within a highly regarded Employment team based in Birmingham.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Employment Solicitor with ideally over 4+ years PQE to join a collaborative, market-leading Employment Law team. You will work with a diverse client base across a wide range of sectors, including: Healthcare, Automotive, Retail, Manufacturing and Higher Education.

You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation, day-to-day HR advisory support, and large-scale projects such as restructures, TUPE, and policy reviews.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Over 4 years PQE with strong experience in Employment Law
  • Ideally experienced in both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Open to working across sectors
  • Able to build and maintain longstanding relationships
