Job description

We're keen to speak to an Employment Solicitor who is looking to join a large national firm which has a recognised Employment team across multiple locations and within the Legal 500. We're working on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to work with top quality clients, based in Birmingham.

The position is as part of a collaborative and market-leading Employment team. You'll be able to work with a very diverse client base, across a wide range of sectors - including Healthcare, Automotive, Retail, Manufacturing and Education.

You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious matter, including Employment Tribunal Litigation, HR advisory support and large scale projects such as restructures, TUPE and policy review.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Over 4 years PQE with strong experience in Employment Law
  • Ideally experienced in both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Able to communicate strongly, across teams and location
