This growing national firm is seeking to grow its Education team with the recruitment of a senior Employment Solicitor in Cambridge or Norwich. This team works with some major names in the education sector, and is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor to join the team.

As part of this offering, you will work with Education sector Partners recognised for the work they are doing as part of this national Employment team. You will work with both public and private education sector clients, offering employment support and effectively working as an in-house lawyer for these clients.

Whilst this role is within the education sector, applications are sort from candidates without sector experience who are open to a retrain.

You will be:

• A senior employment solicitor, ideally over 7 years PQE
• Experienced in employment law matters
• Ideally experienced in the education sector, although applications are sort from candidates outside of this
• Looking for progression in your next role
