Are you a talented Finance and Trade Finance Lawyer looking for a dynamic role at a leading international firm in London?
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join our thriving finance and trade finance practice.
About the role: In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:
Work on a wide range of complex finance and trade finance transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, export credit agency financing and structured trade finance
Gain exposure to a diverse range of clients, including major financial institutions, corporates and governments
Play a key role in deal execution, from drafting and negotiating transaction documents to conducting due diligence and managing closing processes
Work collaboratively with a team of experienced Partners and Associates
Develop your legal expertise and build a strong track record in a fast-paced environment
About you:
You are a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 2-5 years of PQE in finance and trade finance law
You have a strong academic background and a proven track record of success in a corporate law environment
You have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
You are a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel
You are fluent in English and ideally have experience working in an international environment
