In this role, you will join a dynamic Funds Group and play a key part in advising clients on the legal aspects of private funds. Your responsibilities include:
Advising on fund formation, structuring, and regulation across various asset classes (private equity, real estate, infrastructure, etc.)
Assisting with fundraising activities for private funds
Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
Providing legal advice on fund investments and exits
Working closely with partners and other team members to deliver exceptional client service
About You:
You are a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a strong academic background
You have 3-7 years of PQE specialising in funds with a proven track record of success
You have excellent knowledge of the relevant regulations governing private funds
You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Funds team is band 1 ranked and the covers manager and investor side work and secondaries. The funds team's clients range from new start up managers to established international financial institutions. The role offers:
