We are a leading international law firm with a pre-eminent funds practice seeking a talented Funds Associate to join our team in London.
About the role: In this exciting role, you will play a key role in supporting our team on a variety of complex funds transactions, including:
Fund formation and structuring
Regulatory advice
Tax planning
Due diligence on potential investments
Drafting transaction documents
Client relationship management
You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the funds practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What we are looking for:
A qualified Lawyer with experience in funds work
A strong understanding of the UK regulatory regime for funds
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A collaborative and team-oriented approach
