A sizeable, UK Broker is looking to hire a Group FC to their business. You will be a qualified Accountant, have previous experience in General Insurance Broking and looking for that next challenge. This is an ideal opportunity to join a progressive business that is independent, no Private Equity involvement and you will be working with some of the industries figureheads.

The Group Financial Controller will lead and control the financial reporting across the Group, embedding strong financial controls, efficient financial processes and informed insightful analysis to support the leadership team. The role will involve managing a small team across reporting, FP&A, payroll and AP.

This position will work closely with a new Group CFO to deliver a change program across the group to support the business growth trajectory.
