Here you'll play a key position in the business, heading up the broking team who manage the placement and servicing of financial lines and miscellaneous risks via the London and European insurance markets.

Your remit here will involve working strategically to support the existing clientele and book although you'll work with the existing board to identify and execute growth across the division.

Day to day you'll work with the key existing clientele to ensure a successful broking service is provided from new business placement through to renewals and complex claims work.

Your skills in business development and process improvement will also come into play as you start to build relationships with new clients, referral opportunities and identify areas the team can strategically streamline and improve.

And further to your day-to-day client work, you'll lead your broking team to unlock their potential and allow them to achieve their own career goals also.

Spearheading training, mentoring, coaching and operational management will also be areas you'll be acutely involved in.

Are you the right fit?

This will fit perfectly if you are an experienced London market broker with extensive knowledge of the PI space within a retail environment.

Whether you are rising rapidly through the ranks right now or if you are looking for your last role before you hang up your insurance gloves, this could be ideal for you.

Technically, you'll have sound knowledge of financial lines insurance business and ideally, have skills in leadership and significant stakeholder management.

The salary on offer here is up to $200,000 p/a plus support for relocation, bonus structure and relocation support costs.
