Head of Client Services

Job description

Our client is centralising their Administration teams due mergers and acquisitions and are keen to bring a Head of Client Services to bring together people, processes and target operating models. This business has national presence and you will be required to travel around the UK.

You will be responsible for 5 Direct Line Managers and a total of 70 Administrators

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing the operational activities ensuring productivity, quality and customer satisfaction are adhered to
  • Develop, improve and implement operational strategies
  • Process improvement plans to reduce costs and increase productivity
  • Manage under-performance
  • Coaching and training
  • Actively promoting the principles, decisions and requirements of the business
