Loss Adjuster - Financial Lines

£50,000 - £75,000 + bonus

A leading international Insurer is seeking a Loss Adjuster in their Financial Lines team to deal with major loss claims.

The Loss Adjuster will deal with a mixed case load of complex high value Professional Indemnity, Directors and Officers Liability and Financial Institutions claims (average claim $1m); UK and global, from notification through to resolution. Responsibilities include:

• Investigating the facts of a notification and loss
• Coverage analysis
• Implementing the most cost effective and timely resolution of the claim
• Quantum analysis
• Ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure
• Effective external vendor and litigation management
• Interaction with brokers, insureds, external providers and internal stakeholders
• Representing the company e.g. on technical panels and at industry events

Prospective applicants should have experience in complex Financial lines claims including D&O, FI and PI and Cyber and W&I experience is highly desirable.
