Current Hiring Requirements
We're looking to add an experienced underwriter to our fantastic Financial Lines team. This role is key to supporting our continued growth and providing extra capacity as the team evolves. We're looking for someone who can:
- Take ownership of the Management Liability book, which is the cornerstone of our financial lines offering.
- Bring some experience or a keen interest in Professional Indemnity (PI), as this is a major growth area for us.
- Be an external-facing "mover and shaker," confident in facing the market, building broker relationships, and marketing our unique proposition.
- Thrive in a role that is focused on smart underwriting and business development, not just processing renewals.
- Hit the ground running with a few years of solid underwriting experience under your belt.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range
We are offering a competitive salary between £40,000 and £70,000, depending on your level of experience and what you can bring to the team.
