- Underwriting a range of Management Liability risks, including D&O, EPL, and related financial lines products.
- Taking a lead role in developing new business, working closely with regional and national brokers to identify opportunities and secure profitable accounts.
- Building strong broker relationships across the North West, leveraging your market presence to enhance visibility and drive engagement.
- Analysing and pricing risks effectively in line with underwriting appetite and delegated authority.
- Working collaboratively with underwriting colleagues, claims, and actuarial teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients.
- Supporting the continued growth of the Management Liability portfolio through proactive portfolio management and tailored solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Management Liability or Financial Lines Underwriter, ideally at Senior level.

- A genuine new business mindset - confident in developing broker relationships and generating growth.
- Excellent technical underwriting skills, sound judgement, and a commercial approach to risk selection.
- Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and able to manage your own territory effectively.
What's on Offer:
- Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
- Annual performance bonus and benefits package
- Hybrid working - flexibility to work from home and across the North West region
- The support of a highly experienced underwriting team and a business that values expertise, integrity, and innovation
