Here you'll be cutting new deals and meeting clients on windswept beaches and across the Scottish Isles.

So you'll more than likely be conducting your client work in a cagoul rather than a fancy suit.

And if that's you then this is what its all about…

You'll be joining the UKs top respected marine brokerage who, over the years, have set the standard in their specialist field with an array of clientele based right across the UK.

The idea here is to join as Broker, but as part of a clear succession plan, you'll be working your way into a key regional role.

Working alongside one of their very best Account Directors, you'll support all areas of broking for a substantial book of Marine business based across Scotland.

And the clientele is varied across shipbuilding, commercial vessels, tugboats, passenger vessels, onshore facilities and industry supply chain.

Its all detailed, commercial insurance work here which will test your creativity and decision making daily.

Managing new business placement, market negotiations, working with trade associations, managing renewals and regular client visits will be your day to day.

And the mentoring you'll receive is first class, priming you to ultimately move into the Account Director role.
Its ideal if you have commercial broking experience and naturally, an interest in the marine sector would be good. Just so you'll enjoy those windy beaches a little more.

Ideally, you'll be based in Scotland.

Salary to £45,000.
