I'm working with a leading national law firm who are looking to recruit a newly qualified Solicitor into their commercial real estate team in Ipswich.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, supportive team, working on a broad range of commercial property matters for clients including developers, banks, high net worth individuals and corporates.
The role
You'll gain experience across:
- Commercial landlord & tenant matters
- Investment and asset management work
- Commercial property development
- Secured lending (acting for banks and borrowers)
- Property support as part of corporate transactions
You'll develop both technical expertise and commercial awareness, providing clear, practical advice to clients. The firm values Lawyers who are interested in business development and open to embracing emerging technologies.

About you
- Newly qualified Solicitor (or qualifying in 2025) with training in real estate
- Experience in one or more of the areas above is desirable
- Strong technical knowledge with a commercial, client-focused approach
- Interest in developing a career in commercial property law
