Are you an experienced insurance professional in the operations space who wants to work for one of the best named brokers in the market?

As the Operations Manager role with responsibility for managing the operational efficiency of the business.
You will manage the submission of the monthly declarations to insurers, oversee the management of development programmes for colleagues, overseeing the submission of revenue forecasts, the undertaking of business in line with the requirements of work procedures, the management of audits and renewal of annual client contracts and oversee the development of operational platforms.

Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be a big part of the role so being a people person is a must. You will have accountability for the management of development plans and goals of colleagues. Accountability for maintaining delegated authority contracts appropriately and cost effectively.

You will also be responsible for undertaking a coaching role for colleagues within the business.

Compliance will be part of the role also, ensuring compliance with all applicable Company and/or Group policies and procedures. Ensuring correct authorisation is obtained and processes followed when required by the Company and /or Group policies and procedures. Making sure that your performance, HR and T&C records are up to date and meet the companies requirements.
