Paraplanning Manager

Job description

We are working closely with a growing financial planning business with two offices in the South. Due to recent expansion they are now looking to hire a Paraplanning Manager to take on responsibility for this department within the business.

The team currently consists of 4 Paraplanners, across two locations in Somerset and North Devon. The business also has a number of Administrators who are currently undergoing their level 4 diploma with the view for them to then move into a junior paraplanning role. With this in mind we are looking to engage with candidates who have a minimum of the level 4 diploma, and have an understanding of both basic and technical reports.

The role initially will consists of a 50/50 split across management and technical complex reports, but with the view as the team continues to grow, more management duties will come into play.
