Are you a skilled and driven Personal Injury Solicitor ready to make a real difference in your clients' lives? About the Role:
You'll be joining a dedicated Work and Public Place Injury (WPPI) team focused on securing the best outcomes for clients who've suffered injuries in the workplace or public environments. Working with experienced Solicitors and Paralegals, you'll manage a caseload of both pre-litigation and litigated matters from initial instruction to resolution or proof.
You'll be involved in:
- Assessing case viability and conducting initial consultations
- Managing a range of personal injury claims from enquiry through to litigation
- Representing clients in negotiations, mediation's, and court proceedings
- Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Advising clients on legal processes and outcomes
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
About You:
- Qualified Scottish Solicitor - NQ - 5 years PQE
- Experience in Sheriff Courts and All-Scotland Personal Injury Court
- Have strong advocacy skills
- Excellent knowledge of court procedures and case management
- Compassionate, empathetic, and client-focused approach
- Confident working independently with appropriate supervision
- Strong team player with good time management and attention to detail
- Commercially aware and results-oriented
